RCS methodology is to establish long-term relationships by producing consistent high quality deliverable service to our clients. This will be accomplished by having our staff thoroughly understand your corporate culture in order to effectively conduct a vulnerability assessment to establish a security baseline. RCS has an in-depth knowledge of facility security and risk assessment procedures based upon decades of experience conducting assessments for private industry and various government agencies. Our assessments are conducted using unique analytical tools that use both quantitative and qualitative assessments to detect weaknesses and vulnerabilities of the critical infrastructure of the facility, systems and structure. Included in this process is a comprehensive threat assessment that leads to the determination of the overall probability of risk and recommendations to harden identified vulnerabilities.
PHASE ONE
- Interview key personnel to insure security procedures are aligned with corporate protocol
- Conduct vulnerability assessments at all facilities to include, review of current procedures such as: perimeter security, access control, shipping/receiving, mailrooms, alarm/cameras and etc
- Review all crisis response policies and procedures including evacuation plans, emergency preparedness plans and disaster recovery plans
- Conduct review of human resources and threat management procedures
- Review and analyze security measures for electronic communications and the corporate server
- Determine the companys expectations regarding physical security coverage by guard service employees
- Develop corporate threat assessment
- Provide a written report of our findings outlining observations and recommendations
PHASE TWO
- Review phase one recommendations and assist in implementation of increased security measures
- Revise or redraft crisis response plans as identified
- Provide table-top training exercises at each facility
- Conduct a mock evacuation drill
- Implement, train and monitor guard service selection and training program
- Conduct additional vulnerability assessments as identified
- Initiate TSCM program to ensure against unauthorized monitoring
- Conduct IT penetration testing
PHASE THREE
- Provide ongoing security consultation services
- Assist in developing strategic security plan enterprise wide
- Assist in identifying policy and procedure guidelines to address all facets of security
- Incorporate all policies and procedures to develop seamless crisis management planning and response procedures
- Conduct unannounced covert penetration testing at each facility to determine if previous recommendations have been implemented
- Conduct annual threat assessments
