Kevin M. O’Rourke joined Risk Control Strategies as Managing Director, after a 25-year career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where he served in the New York City and Miami, Florida offices. During his last assignment, he served as Supervisory Special Agent of the multi-agency Violent Gang Task Force comprised of federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.

Patrick (Pat) Conley joined Risk Control Strategies as Managing Director after a 20 year career as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). While with the FBI, Mr. Conley was responsible for investigating and resolving a variety of high profile investigations during his career. He also served as the Los Angeles Crisis Management Coordinator and a member of the FBI, Special Weapons and Tactics Team.

Through security-consulting firm Risk Control Strategies, Chubb is now offering background investigations on general contractors and subcontractors hired by its high-net-worth customers to complete work on or around the home. Background investigations are now offered at a discounted rate for Signature and Signature VIP customers. The security firm, which recently renewed a multi-year contract with Chubb, has provided other security services and background checks to Chubb customers since 2005.
